The Client
Owner of child friendly holiday cottages in Normandy, France.
The Journey
The client knew me from when I worked for a local web design company in around 2005. At the time I designed a site for her that had some updateable pages.
Some ten years later she sought me out as her original site was no longer functional for updates and she was looking for a quote to build a new up-to-date site with full content management.
We tried some new looking designs for her but she admitted to having a liking for the original site and a reluctance to move completely away from it, so I based the new design on the old look with some modernisation.
She decided against using an online booking system, but was able to set up some availability calendars which I incorporated into the website.
