How do I access my webmail?

This can either be accessed via your control panel, or direct by going to https://grh27.myukcloud.com:2096/ and typing in your email address and the password for that email account.

Why aren't I receiving my emails?

If emails are not getting through to you, then the sender should receive a bounce-back giving the reason for the delivery failure. The most common cause is that your mailbox is full, so always check this first on the actual mailserver. Emails with large attachments could be taking up a lot of disk space, so this is something to watch out for. There you can delete any emails you don't need. Check also the trash and empty this if necessary to free up space.
