A family-run print company and shop in Sutton, Surrey.
The Journey
I built a very early site for this client in 2008 which used Flash animation as part of the design. They managed to keep this site going for a long time before deciding it was time to build a new one.
They commissioned a local designer to produce visuals for the website and my task was to convert these into a working website.
The design was stylish and posed some challenges to faithfully reproduce it as a functional website. I managed to achieve this successfully and rethink the design for mobile devices.
A requirement of the site was an upload facility for SDC customers to upload high resolution artwork for printing.
