About us
Lakeland Web Design is a small UK web publishing and graphics studio based near Ulverston in South Lakeland, Cumbria. Originally established as a sole tradership in October 1992, the company was re-branded in April 2001 as Think Graphics.
We have offered a web design service since 2001 in addition to graphics and publishing services, but since April 2007 work has been increasingly focused on web projects, with the emphasis on strong original designs and quality graphics. It is our mission to take your business forward by giving you a meaningful, effective and high-quality web site that will help you to stand out among the competition.
We believe that we offer a well-rounded and comprehensive service, producing websites that not only look attractive, but are also search engine friendly and well written. Websites are tested on various computer platforms and browsers for compatibility and web pages are individually researched, assessed and optimised for the most effective key words and phrases relevant to your business. This is all included as standard in the service we offer, and when this is added to an already very competitive pricing structure on web packages, the result is real value for money.
