Lakeland Web Design / Think Graphics is a sole tradership Jennie Dawson trading as Think Graphics.
As such I, Jennie Dawson, am the data controller in respect of any personal data you supply for the purpose of carrying out my business.
What I do with your data
I record your details on my personal computer for the purposes of conducting a working relationship with you and to communicate with you regarding my services. I do not share this data with any third party except in the case of registering a domain name or setting up a web hosting account in your name so that you can have management of these services.
My computer is secured with a password and protected by anti-virus software. No-one else has access to this computer.
This information includes name, address, telephone number and email address.
My web hosting company is Guru (UK Dedicated) and they are the data controller for any personal information they hold with respect to the registration of your domain name and web hosting account. You can read their privacy policy here:

The domain registry no longer publishes personal contact details in the WHOIS database which is available online since GDPR.
I may also occasionally need to contact you with information relevant to the upkeep of your website or to share with you any essential information that may be important in the operation of your website.
How I collect and manage your data
I do not collect any personal data via my website. Once a prospective client has contacted me via email or telephone I may then make a note of their details. If the work does not go ahead then I will delete any correspondence or other records once a period of time has elapsed, normally within a year.
